  • There will be a lottery onsite to determine who will be Table Captains, Turn-in Captains and who will be a Tasting Judges. If you wish to Table or Turn-in Captain please let the SCA Rep know before the lottery.

  • Registration opens 90 days prior to the event (as usual).
  • Anyone judging the Dessert or Chef Opening Round will not be eligible to judge the steak round. (A fresh judge is a good judge)
  • Your SCA Memberships must be current to judge.
