Pork Tenderloin Can be turned in whole as long as  as long as their is more than enough samples for the 5  judges.  It can be sauced or glazed and no garnish allowed.  Chunks of fruit or veggie in the sauce are ok but no garnish  such as green onion or parsley etc


Grillin by the Lake Two Contests, One Weekend benefiting Operation BBQ Relief August 5-6 at Runaway II Resort Climax, Springs, MO.  The resort sits on the south side of lake of the Ozarks and is nestled in the Oak Trees.  The resort has a boat launch, slips for rent, cabins, a few hotel rooms and an RV park with full hook ups and water and electric only hookups.

Entry $150 includes a 10x15 area if you are not staying at the resort.

Side and Kids Q Pot will be determined by the number of entries.  Paying the Top 3 

Kicker Pot - We will take the steak scores from both days and add them together and the top 5 teams with the highest scores will get a kicker!
